It will not allow me to access emails any longer. It keeps asking for username and password. Have tried the only ones I can imagine I would have used. Can I reset username and password any how or will I have to reset whole thing? If so, will I lose all photos, etc.?

Are you using outlook/firebird or just an email service on the internet like Yahoo mail or whatever?

It sounds like you need to get the password on your email reset. To do this, you will need to contact your email provider. This should not affect any emails you already have or anything else on your computer. They will need to reset the password and you will just need to enter the new password and it should work like before.
