| I have been attempting to completely delete AVG antivirus 2012 with no success. AVG partially deletes and then stops as something is 'corrupted' I'm rather a newbie at this. Many thanks. |

you don't say which version of windows you are running, so I can't be precise over which tool you need to use, but this page has both the 32-bit and 64-bit removal tools (the first two listings)

If you need to replace AVG with an AV program THAT WORKS, then use Avast

| PS - AVG often corrupts a registry key which prevents uninstallation - and other programs from installing. If the uninstall errors with a message about "registry persmissions" please post back - thats going to be an interesting problem to try and fix over a forum |
