Anyone having problems upgrading Vista to Windows 7?

When I first tried the upgrade, it was unsuccessful. When I tried again it said,
"This disc contains a "UDF" file system and requires an operating system that supports the ISO - 13346 "UDF" file specification.

So what does that mean?

You need to boot the machine from the disk, not try to run setup from within the existing Windows installation
