please can somebody help, i hibernated my notebook and when i opened the lid all the appliication windows and the task bar have gone really big i have checked the resolutin and all the display and graphics settings and still no luck. also i have checked that the computer is not running in safe mode

Is this the same after a reboot, or is this only like this coming out of hibernation? Might be worth checking Device Manager to see if there are any problem devices.
