Hi, I can measure my Broadband speed ok but I need to know how much data I am downloading on preferably a monthly basis to check if I exceed my level agreed with the ISP. Any one know of a PC program which will count my download data volume. I have MS Vista Home Premium on 8MB B/B.
Confused

You can get software that will monitor your downloads. Try this:

This software is fine, but be aware that it only works for the PC it is installed on, if you have other PCs or devices that connect to the internet via a router then these will not be included in the stats.

I would also recommend that you try to keep within 10% below your monthly limit. Sometimes this kind of software can miss out of some data transfer, so your ISP may log slightly more than this does.

What ISP are you with, many actually have a facility to show you how much you have downloaded in the current month.
