I have an Acer Aspire M3640. I have had a new graphics card installed, Geforce Gt220. when I start my computer up I am getting the message "coprocessor not configured correctly (code19)" PCI BUS 0 device 3 function 3

Also Ethernet controller not configured correctly error code 1

I have the latest update for my graphics card. Windows does a search but cannot find it.

I am on Windows Vista 32 bit.

Everything was working before

This is showing up on device manager. I have tried to download the drivers again from the nvdia website, but still no joy.

windows cannot find the software

this should be the correct driver for that card

Is that what you used?

Before you install these drivers, uninstall ALL other display drivers from the machine. Then reboot and go into device manager and delete any and all "unknown" or "errored" devices. Then run this driver setup. If after that there are still unknowns in device manager, then you may have to find the drivers manually through the device manager "driver update" routine. That means making a note of where the driver file gets unzipped to and browsing the update wizard to it.
To be honest nVidia drivers, especially those for cards with the maths coprocessor, can be a PITA when installing and often need fudging.

At the moment ATi seem to have their act far better sorted than nVidia
