I appear to have lost my media videos. I am unable to get you tube, facebook viddy and flash games. I have unistalled flash player and re installed it, restarted the laptop and all the other bits people have advised me to do.
Is it possible my video card has gone!!!! If that makes any sense!

Please help, I need to see the final episode of Touch Season 1!!!

the latest version of Firefox needs a new version of the flash player

Go to this page
http://helpx.adobe.com/flash-player/kb/uninstall-flash-player-windows.html
download and run the Flash uninstaller - that should remove ALL versions of Flash
Then go to control panel > add/remove programs (or pgrams and settings) and uninstall ALL versions of Java
Reboot, go to http://www.java.com in Firefox and install Java
Then go to http://www.adobe.com (again in Firefox) and install the Flash Player -it will install the latest version
If you also want to use Internet Explorer you will also have to use that to got the http://www.adobe.com and separately install the Activex version of flash
