im running xp pro/ firfox/ on virgin netbroadband i can connect to internet fine read mail ect but when i try to download msn and things like that from many different sites after i click download after a few seconds i get connection broken or connection interrupted stoping me downloading can get onto sites its just not downloading any one help am using 1/4 of hardrive and about 1/2 of memory

Sounds like you may be experiencing packet loss - this is something Virgin would need to look in to.
