I download videos from youtube in flv format, but they are low quality. Is there any way to download the same in high quality.

Don't you think you should find out what they meant before giving your idea of an answer?!

For example, you must already know this, when using 'video download helper' I get a choice of several versions of the video you wish to download. I'm no expert but I imagine the lowest quality version is the name ending in .flv? The other version have numbers next to them but I don't bother with those personally as I only want the audio.

Now, I'm guessing that what 'hitech' is asking is how to download these higher quality versions, is that right?

If so, then try using firefox and adding the VDH extension mentioned above. Or try this - http://portableapps.com/apps/internet/damnvid_portable To play the videos use VLC Media Player.
