Hello,
I heve changed the Domains and i am now having a problem with some software that uses the exchange server credentials to scan a document and send the file via email.
I Very Happy have checked the user name and password they are all ok and have full admin rights the pc's domain is correct and have re installed outlook on the pc i can ping the exchange server and get a reply all firewall and virus software is switched off but something is still stopping it from working

Any ideas please

Steve

before anyone can even think of trying to help you, we would need a lot more infromation
Like
which piece of scanning software?
Is the scanner on a local machine or accessed via a network?
what goes wrong - the scanning or the e-mail?
what happens if rather than trying to "scan to mail" you create a mail then attach a scanned page?
why did you change the domains? was there a problem?
is Outlook actually working?
