Hi everyone,
My second post of the day..........
When I attempt to open an email it does not show the detail in the email unless I click on "restore line breaks".
Why is this happening ?
Some emails I can read perfectly well straight away and others I need to do the above action.
Its not a major problem but it is a bit annoying !
Any help appreciated.
Thanks

Hi Chris, welcome to the forums
The reason this happens is due to the format of some emails, you can over-ride the settings so that you don't need to click restore line breaks. To do this, do the following:
In Outlook, click on Tools, then Options
Click E-mail Options and then select Remove extra line breaks in plain text messages
This should now format the mails how you like them. _________________ "Microsoft programs are generally bug-free. Thanks for your response.
I have just followed your instruction and it works !!
You may have guessed by the simplicity to solve this problem that I dont know much about computers or software. As long as it works is all im concerned about.
