QTTabBar. Addon for windows explorer to allow tabs, but it's far more than that, very customisable.
Be advised though the original project has ceased dev, according to the forum due to the original developer dying??? Also it apparently doesn't work on win7.
That said someone has taken over and the link is provided.

QTTabBar v1.2.2.1
QTTabBar v1.3.0.1 Jap ONLY
QTTabBar New developers site.

Add QuickLaunch to Windows7:
I came across a tip to add the original QL folder to win7 taskbar, but realised I could create my own version which is easier to access. I only use portable apps where possible, so I created a "MyQuickLaunch" folder for my shortcuts in this folder.
1. Right-click taskbar and Unlock it.
2. R-click Tbar, select "New Toolbar..." from Toolbar menu item.
3. Select "MyQuickLaunch" folder, or the folder of your choice.
4. R-click MyQL toolbar handle and untick both "Show Text" and "Show Title."
5. Drag the toolbar by its handle to where you want it then lock taskbar again.

xNeat Clipboard Manager

(Formerly named Many Paste) keeps track of items that are copied to the clipboard and allows you to paste them into other documents or folders. Unlike the standard Windows copy function, which only holds one item at a time, this program can hold multiple items and allows you to paste them at a later time. A keyboard hot key provides access to the history list from where you can select the text or files to be pasted.
