|For some issues with networking it can be helpful for us to know details about the network adapters installed and what IP addresses are assigned. The following instructions show you how to get these details so you can post them in your thread.
Click Start then Run, type in cmd and press Enter.
In the window that comes up, type cd %userprofile%\Desktop and press Enter
Type ipconfig /all > ipconfig.txt and press Enter
Type exit and press Enter to close the window
Go to your Desktop and there should now be a file called ipconfig.txt - open this and copy and paste the contents in to your post.
"Microsoft programs are generally bug-free. If you visit the Microsoft hotline, you'll literally have to wait weeks if not months until someone calls in with a bug in one of our programs. 99.99% of calls turn out to be user mistakes. I know not a single less irrelevant reason for an update than bugfixes. The reasons for updates are to present more new features."
