|
|
Desperately looking for an anser to the following query:
I am running MS Office 2007 on Vista. Whilst using Outlook 2007 i am experiencing problems when trying to print an email. I get the following message:
"out of memory or system resources, please close some windows and programs and try again"
This is happening about 95% of the time, strangely it will let me print sometimes ?
PLEASE can somebody shed some light on this ? I have tried Googling the problem but cant find anything that is the same problem as mine. As I am not an expert with computers I havent got a clue what to do next.
Thanks to anyone who can assist me here.

First thing to do is make sure that you have all the latest updates installed for Office 97. You can do this here _________________ "Microsoft programs are generally bug-free. If you visit the Microsoft hotline, you'll literally have to wait weeks if not months until someone calls in with a bug in one of our programs. 99.99% of calls turn out to be user mistakes. I know not a single less irrelevant reason for an update than bugfixes. The reasons for updates are to present more new features."

Sorry, 2007 - same link though. _________________ "Microsoft programs are generally bug-free. That has solved the problem some of the time. It is still doing it about 50% of the time.
This is really annoying !
Any other ideas would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks |

Do you get similar errors when doing anything else? _________________ "Microsoft programs are generally bug-free. | No, it only ever happens when i open up an email and try to print it. What i do at the moment is copy and paste it into MS Word and print that. |

It could be an issue with the printer drivers. Try downloading the latest drivers for your printer. Uninstall the old drivers and install the new ones. See if that makes any difference. _________________ "Microsoft programs are generally bug-free.
