I have previously logged into my account at tracfone.com with no problems.Now when i try it goes to the main page,but when i click to check my profile or balance it returns to the tracfone sign in page again.what am i doing wrong?Tracfone says its website is working properly.Help please Idea ?[/list]

You should try deleting temporary internet files and cookies and try again. What browser are you using, and which version?

Thank you for your reply.I have tried deleting my temporary files,and cookies.I still have the same problem.I am using internet explorer version 6. Crying or Very sad

Try going in to Internet Options, then the Advanced tab and click on Restore Advanced Settings. Also go to the Security tab ad set the Internet security to Medium. Does this make a difference?
