Everyone and their brother can go to:
<a href="http://www.hcso.tampa.fl.us">Hillsborough County Sheriff's Office</a>
and all pages inside of its domain.
However, i can't.
The status bar says that the page is opening, but nothing actually happens.
Have no virus or spy software here running.
Can anyone offer any recommendations for mwah?

I'm not sure why that site won't open for you, I tried it without problem. It could be a temporary glitch with the site. So worth trying again now.

If this doesn't work, try deleting Temporary Internet Files and Cookies, and trying again.

There is not much more that I can suggest, other than trying a different browser, such as Firefox. If that doesn't work then the issue could be with your ISP that is not routing correctly to this site.
