How do i view 4od with Windows Vista?

Hello,
I have a new Dell Inspiron Laptop 1525 with Windows Vista.
For some reason i am unable to see any images when i watch programmes on 4OD (Channle 4s website for watching programmes) .
I have sound and the cursor moves along as it is playing - but no image!!
Please help.

Try the following:

Arrow Right click on the player window and select Options
Arrow Remove the tick for Turn on DirectX Video Acceleration for WMV files
Arrow Click Apply then OK
