The above printer HP Photosmart C3100 - Q8160A All-in-One will not print nor will it grab the paper to enter the Printer. The cartridge light blinks along with the black (not colour) too. The Printer will not grab the paper to enter the printer. The cartridge does have ink.

I know so little about pc's and have searched the internet for an answer without success.

You have helped me prior and I was so grateful. Thank you again for any help. Been working on this since yesterday.

Was running prior XP and now Windows 7.

turn it over and shake it to try a clear any paper clips / staple / toenail clippings that may be jamming it. Check for and clear any paper jams
It that finds nothing, bin it. Too cheap / too old to worry about.
Buy yourself a new printer - you'll probably find a Canon or Brother will give the lowest ink costs

Have taken your advice and will likely pickup a Canon or Brother. thanks again for your assist.
