I have purchased a second hand laptop of Great Quality GQ ZX5360.But it has no sound when I try to play media file it shows that it has no sound driver.I visited the website of this product www.fryssupport.net.But there is no driver of this model to down load.

I will be greatful if you advice me in this regard.

Does it show a sound device in device manager. Are there any jack plugs - i.e. green and pink - for speakers and mic?

Frys dont make that
It comes from ECS and the support page is
