Hello,
My first post on this forum, here`s hoping someone can help with this problem!!!

Having a Windows XP System infected with spyware, I contributed 69.95 EURs for the PC-Antispyware program.

I carried out all the download and installation instructions but when it comes to running the program I always get the following message:-

` Antispyware has encountered a problem and needs to close `
Sorry for this inconvenience
Please send or don`t send to microsoft

After a number of emails to PC-Antispyware Support, with various downloads, I am still getting this message and no way of running the program.

Hope this makes sense, can anyone help??

After a little research it appears that PC-Antispyware is a fake security program that is not capable of removing spyware or malicious programs. It's purpose is to get people to upgrade to the full version in order to trick people out of their money.

I would recommend you try to seek a refund and remove the software from your computer. If you want help in removing spyware, post a HijackThis log here.
