My laptop (Windows 7, Intel Celeron Inside processor - it's a Dell Inspiron 1545 laptop, if that helps) won't boot up. As soon as you turn it on it tries to load in a new mode, as it knows it's had a system failure, but as soon as it loads that particular set of files to boot up the machine suddenly makes a loud click noise and shuts itself off before the operating system is loaded. I'm sorry, I'm not the most technical person in the world, but can anyone help me? I think the noise means it's a hardware issue, but I don't know what I can do about that.

I'd guess at a hard drive failure
If its under warranty you need to speak to Dell
