My laptop suddenly crashed in middle of use, and cannot be restarted.
I now have 4 simultaneous copies of thw windows screen, but mos functions e.g. wireless mode do not work.
When I switch on, I get 4 copies of the Windows (XP, SP3) which have many vertical pale blue lines in each.
The screen then goes to a blue screen (4 copies) with the message ;-
'*** Hardware Malfunction
Call your Hardware Vendor for Support
NMI: Parity Check / Memory parity Error
*** The system has halted'
no option but to shut down with the power off button.

Fujitsu Siemens Amilo Pi1536
Win XP SP3
Graphics ATI Mobility Radeon X1400
2GB memory
