Lifecam problem

When I try to install the software fot the cam, I get a message that there is no internet connection. I have Comcast broadband and I am always connected. Can amyone help me with this problem?

Have you checked to see that the manufacturers site is available. Sounds like it is looking for updates and the site is unreachable.

The cam is produced by Microsoft so I hope their site is OK, but you never know. Y+Thanks, I will check it.

Your firewall could be preventing the Livecam software from accessing the internet. Check the settings or temporarily disable it to see if this helps.
