| I had two printers installed on my computer and one broke so I deleted the drivers and got a new printer and tried to install it. The comp would not recognise the printer and now it seems I only have one USB port (USB002) which is taken up by my other printer. USB001 which my old printer was installed in seems to have vanished. Does anyone know what is going on with this? |

Hey! Try running a system restore to before the problem happened then install your new printer. See if that works. System Restore is great when you've deleted something you shouldn't have in the drivers! _________________ My Blog (just getting started with it)

Have a look in Device Manager to see if there are any problem devices in there. If there are they will have a yellow circle with an exclamation mark, or a red cross next to the icon for the device. _________________ Quality Rare Domain Names
