Nina Carberry will again bid to become the first female jockey to win the Grand National after being booked to ride 33-1 chance First Lieutenant.
The 30-year-old, who will partner Irish trainer Mouse Morris's horse in the Aintree marathon on 11 April, replaces the suspended Bryan Cooper.
She has ridden in the race four times before,Nike Air Max, with her best finish - seventh - coming on Character Building in 2010.
Her sister-in-law Katie Walsh is currently without a ride.
Walsh made history as the highest-placed female rider when third in 2012 on Seabass.
Morris said First Lieutenant, who won the Grade One Betfair Bowl at Aintree in April 2013 had "as good a chance as any".
He told the Guardian: "I was fourth in it one year [with Lastofthebrownies in 1989] and he'd have a better chance than that one. He's got a bit of class but you also need a bit of luck.
Merry King a stablemate of favourite Shutthefrontdoor, is to miss the big race.
The horse, trained by Jonjo O'Neill in Gloucestershire,Air Max Kaufen, was about a 25-1 chance but has a breathing problem and is out for the rest of the season.
Shutthefrontdoor,Nike Shox, likely to be ridden by retiring champion jockey AP McCoy in his last National, is 7-1 favourite.
Other horses set to miss out are the Nicky Henderson-trained Hadrian's Approach, who has a minor leg injury, and Home Farm after trainer Henry de Bromhead indicated he may will wait until next year.
Other Grand National news
Lord Windermere (33-1) - Trainer Jim Culloty said Robbie McNamara is likely to ride the 2014 Cheltenham Gold Cup winner, replacing Davy Russell, and the horse may wear cheekpieces and/or blinkers in the race.
Spring Heeled - The top weight's stablemate is set to be partnered by Nick Scholfield now that Sam Winner appears a likely non-runner, Culloty told the Telegraph.
Goonyella (25-1) - Midlands National winner, trained by Jim Dreaper, is probably going to miss the Irish National at Fairyhouse on Monday in the hope he makes the cut for Aintree. Tony Martin is following a similar plan with Gallant Oscar (25-1).
Some bookmakers are offering non-runner no bets, with stakes refunded if your selection does not line up.
