no toolbar

Hi when my daughter turned on her computer all she has is a full sreensaver the toolbar, start button have disappeared has she pressed a button we have tried turning on / off but nothing plz help Sad

Sounds like some of the Windows system files may have been hijacked by a virus

you MAY be able to get it going again by running "system restore". How you do that depends on the version of windows. Which Windows version is it?
Also which antivirus software are you using?
