|
|
hi,
i installed nusb generic driver for win98se from http://www.technical-assistance.co.uk/kb/usbmsd98.php
when i rebooted,i got blue screen with error 0167BFF9E0FB
and from that point i can not use the computer even in safe mode.
i have to know exactly which files are changed by that driver
and which registry changes have been made by it.
i have another computer having all the original 98se files so that
i can copy them to the hdd of the crushed computer.
btw,i use hebrew edition, probably all the problems are related with that.
tks in advance for any urgent help
marco

These drivers only work on the English version - they do not work on the Hebrew version. If you search these forums you will find other people who have had the same problems with installing on the Hebrew edition.
Check out this thread for more information on what changes the drivers make. _________________ "Microsoft programs are generally bug-free.
