I use Windows XP
I use outlook express 2003
It worked fine til 2 days ago that ahhh
My ISP = talk talk

Via www then into webmail I can get/send email BUT its only one or two emails I am getting

I talked to talktalk tech help (waste of time) yesterday and they said my account settings were ok but its OE thats not working.

I have retalked to talk talk and again they tell me my account settings are ok so I am still stuck.

The error report is 0x0800CCC92 and the most annoying box which says

ENTER NETWORK PASSWORD:

please type user name and password
Server:
User Name:
Password
Save this PW:

Talk talk gave me my router number (or something) and got me to put these in this box and it still didnt do the trick. Help and thanks

So are you using Outlook Express for your email or the talktalk webmail?

If you are having problems with the talktalk webmail portal then only they can help you as they wrote it. You could try setting browser security to low but other than that there is little you can do.

It sound like you need to add your email account to outlook express if you haven't already. You will need to know the:

smtp server name
pop3 server name
account name
password
whether or not the talktalk server requires smtp authentication.

Talktalk are the only people who can tell you this information.

The Outlook Express settings may well be OK - but if you are using something named "2003" then you are using Outlook - not Outlook Express

I have a strong feeling that the tech support line fettled the wrong program for you
