I have 3 user accounts on this pc but when I try to open Outlook Express whilst in my own user account (administrator account) it just hangs and I cannot click on anything and it wont even open up the inbox although I can see in the folder pane on the left hand side that there are 3 unread messages in my inbox but the actual emails are not visible.
The strange thing is that when I open Outlook Express in any of the other user accounts it opens up and performs without problem although I can send & receive messages (did a few tests to myself) I cannot retrieve the emails that should already be there.
I have tried to import the messages but it doesn't work.
I really don't want to re-install Outlook Express as I will lose the emails altogether because I am unable to back them up first.
Does anybody have any ideas? _________________ Regards

Use these instructions to backup Outlook Express data. Once done remove and reinstall Outlook Express and restore the data.
Note that you will need to backup the data for each user separately. _________________ "Microsoft programs are generally bug-free.
