The missing send button is normal if you don't have an email address configured; you say you do, so it's probably not this, but please double check your mail accounts are configured correctly.
In order to help further it would be useful to know what version of Outlook you are using, and also the version of Windows on your PC. Once we have this, we should be able to help further. _________________ "Microsoft programs are generally bug-free. It seems they are configured correctly as I did test and everything was OK.

With Outlook 2003 it is probably a corrupt profile that is causing this. Try creating a new profile and configuring your email addresses for the new profile. Instructions on how to do this can be found here. _________________ "Microsoft programs are generally bug-free. Did you set up the mail account in the new profile and try from there? _________________ "Microsoft programs are generally bug-free.
