Hey.

This problem all started a few days ago when I feel asleep and had the PC running trough out the night.
When I woke up the first thing I noticed was that my MSN messenger window was all black, and I had to shut it off trough "End process" and when ever I try to log in since it says that "service is temporarily unavailable" and the window has to be closed by "End process".
Then I was going to a folder trough uTorrents and it refused to open it and gave me the error message "Class not registered", and the folder opened up about 2 mins later totally randomly. Shorty after my AVG Free tells me that the license has ran out and I need to reenter it. I try to reinstall but the installer fails every-time.

At every start-up I get an error msg saying "Smart time lock(title) (null)(the msg)"
Last night my "Razer Imperator" software stopped working and turned it self off everytime I tried to open it, I managed to reinstall that successfully though.

I have rebooted several times, I have scanned the PC with a maleware program, an online scanner and avast antivirus found nothing.
On other notes I am actively using Advanced system care 5 beta, with autocare turned on, smart defragger 2 with boot defrag and autocare turned on.
Ever since the PC install I've had trouble with a process called "RPMdeamon.exe" sometimes it crashes randomly, sometimes it eats up all the resources of the PC uses up to 90-100% of CPU & ram for no obvious reason and other days it just sits there all fine.
I can not do a system-restore because ASC removes all but the newest one, and by now its not taking me back before the problems started.

I would love to give you my set-up but as I just found out the PC can not find any information on pretty much anything. The things I know by heart is however:
Windows 7 Ultimate
Intel i5 2500 3,3 mHz
Radeon HD 6870 Black edition
Gigabyte PH67-UD3-B3 (?)
8 gb RAM
Windows is on a ssd disc and I have a secondary disk

I'm sure I've missed something, feel free to tell me what or if I need to add anything else.

// Best regards Mums

OK, first some basics
RPMDaemon is part of the Gigabyte recovery process which enables anyone with a Gigabyte motherboard to create a hidden recovery image on the hard drive. Just why it is running is unknown to me. It shouldn't be, sounds like a bad installation
Next "Advanced system care" is a piece of junk which kills computers. It deletes things it shouldn't, kills registrys and causes all number of complications. As you've found, its killed any chance you have of running system recovery.
Smart defraggers I put into a similar category. Modern versions of Windows have a perfectly capable built in defragger - and anyway modern machines are so quick that defragging will make no noticeable difference in speed unless your drive is over 75% full. In short, for most people defragging is a waste of time and is more likely to kill a hard drive through the extra work.
if you DO want (for whatever reason) a third party defragger, the only one worth looking at is "Defraggler"

Now to your problem
Your symptoms suggest that the current registry was killed, either by a bad shutdown, a crash,. a virus or more likely by the Advanced System Care software. Because the system restore points had been deleted, the machine could only recover by reinstating the very first registry that was created and backed up during setup. That has resulted in all software and updates installed since becoming orphaned. Thats not a recoverable situation.
Your only course now is to back up your files, wipe the machine and reinstall everything from scratch. Nothing else will work satisfactorily.
And a tip. DON'T be tempted to install any crapware like "Advanced System Recovery" again. It will only give you more problems

try scan the HDD by chkdsk c: /r command.

the previous system lockup and improper power off may cause some errors on the HDD.

Hope this helps!

A PS to my earlier post. Something I missed

Running a adefragger on an SSD disk will not improve access times in any way. SSD disks don't work like that: there are no moving parts, so no seek-time delay.
if anything, by defragging an SSD you are more likely to initiate premature failure due to the increased read / writes
