Some new policies of Google.
1. Low unique content ratio
2. Duplicate internal content
3. Duplicate content within your network
4. Server response codes.

The penguin update was actually about puishing sites which had poor linking profiles. Which goes against Googles guidelines. E.g. too many links with the same exact match anchor text pointing back to your site.

Sites linking profiles should contain natural linking.

You may call it illegal OR corrupted way to make your site 1st on google. Just keep away from black hat seo then no need to worry about penguin update. Recently google added EMD penalty for low quality contents.

It was for site's with exact match domain names Buzz4rd. Hense the name of the penalty 'EMD' not all sites with EMD's suffered though as far as I'm aware.

Mr IT Guy

Please don't feed the trolls
The post from Buzz4rd is an attempt at linkspamming to a warez site
It will probably be deleted the next time one of the sysadmins log in

The site gets a lot of garbage like that but most gets deleted before you see it

Hi JonS,

Apologies! I don't seem to be too good at spotting these link spammers do I! I guess I just like to make conversation with everyone haha.

Thanks again

I see the link off his post has now been deleted, though Softstag has left yours......you're not doing a such a bad job at linkspamming yourself!!!

I wonder why yours has been left? I guess its because you are actually advertising a real company and not a scam

I'm advertising my own site which is in no way 'spammy' or a scam. Also I wouldn't particularly say I was advertising it as such forcing people to go to my site etc.

Plus my site is related to the forum Smile if my site was related to selling washing up liquid then that would be a different story! haha
