It has come to our attention that a phishing email has been sent out regarding an upgrade to Technical-Assistance.co.uk mail servers asking users to download a file.
This email is a hoax, you should not download the file as it will likely infect your computer with malware.
A copy of the mail:

On October 16, 2009 server upgrade will take place. Due to this the system may be offline for approximately half an hour.
The changes will concern security, reliability and performance of mail service and the system as a whole.
For compatibility of your browsers and mail clients with upgraded server software you should run SSl certificates update procedure.
This procedure is quite simple. All you have to do is just to click the link provided, to save the patch file and then to run it from your computer location. That's all.

Thank you in advance for your attention to this matter and sorry for possible inconveniences.

Again, a hoax.... _________________ "Microsoft programs are generally bug-free. If you visit the Microsoft hotline, you'll literally have to wait weeks if not months until someone calls in with a bug in one of our programs. 99.99% of calls turn out to be user mistakes. I know not a single less irrelevant reason for an update than bugfixes. The reasons for updates are to present more new features."
