I have a problem with using pop.mail on Microsoft Outlook with my gmail account. When I press 'Send/Receive' the messages from the inbox are not sent and I get the following error report:
"A TCP/IP error occurred while trying to send data to the server. (Account: ‘pop.gmail.com’, SMTP Server: ‘smtp.gmail.com’, Error Number: 0x800ccc13)."
However, I do receive the new messages from my gmail email account. |

Hi Madawhat, welcome to the forums.
Try upgrading to the the latest version of Internet Explorer (IE8). This should correct some files that are wrong.
If you are using Windows XP, then download from here. _________________ "Microsoft programs are generally bug-free. OK I know this is way after the event, but theres a bit more to it than just updating - see http://support.microsoft.com/kb/312349
You may need to do that registry hack as well |
