I am using Microsoft Outlook (2007) and I have recently noticed when I am sending emails to hotmail/live/msn accounts, they never receive it.
I have tried to send an empty email from hotmail to my outlook, and I receive it in outlook and I can reply and the message will go through ok.
I am using outlook for my work email, and all emails to yahoo, other work emails all go through ok.
Can anyone help??? How will I get the hotmail account users to receive my emails??? |

Have you checked your spam folder in hotmail?

If it is not getting delivered, then you should receive a bounce message from Hotmail back to your work address indicating what the problem is. If you are not then check with whoever operates your work email, as they could be blocking mails to Hotmail addresses.

We don't get a bounced email. I will try with our internet service provider.
