When your PC is suspected of having malicious software installed on it, we may request you to download HijackThis, run it and post the logs. Here is how to do that:

Arrow Download HijackThis
Arrow Run the downloaded file and install the program
Arrow After installation the program should run
Arrow Select Do a system scan and save a log file
Arrow After the scan has run Notepad should open with the log details
Arrow Copy and paste these log details in to your post for us to analyse
