Everytime I visit this forum, it is full of spam. Now I know you - the powers to be, are doing the best you can but dont you think that the following may help?
a) a more modern/up to date forum
b) a better spam filter
c) a better level of activity from the staff

You cannot really expect members to be more active in posting when nobody is making an effort to be present in the forums. I for one have a lot of new material to post, but not for spammers to desicrate.

I appreciate where you are coming from. I'm really the only person moderating and clearing spam etc. Unfortunately I have a life away from the computer as well, and can't always dedicate the time necessary to keep on top of everything.

We are developing a replacement for the forum which will hopefully address a lot of the spam issues, but until that is in place we are stuck with what we have.
