Assuming both PCs are running Windows XP, do the following:

On the PC with the printer connected:
Arrow Click on Start then Control Panel
Arrow Open Printers and Faxes
Arrow Right click on the icon for your printer, and select Properties
Arrow Click on the Sharing tab at the top
Arrow Click on Share this printer, and the printer will be given a share name that you can change if you want (this is what the printer will be identified as on the network)
Arrow Click OK to close the window and save the settings

On the PC that wants to use the printer remotely:
Arrow Click on Start then Control Panel
Arrow Open Printers and Faxes
Arrow Double click on Add Printer
Arrow Select the option for A network printer or printer attached to another computer and click Next
Arrow Now browse for the printer - it will have the name you gave it on the other PC.
Arrow Finish the wizard to complete the installation

Note you will need the computer connected to the printer to be on when you want to print from the other computer.
