Hi folks,

I would like step by step instructions on how to transfer my old e-mail files and contacts from Windows XP to Windows 7 using a Flash Drive. If someone could assist me with this, I would appreciate it.

Search for your outlook.pst file. Usually in c:\documents and settings\[user name]\application data\microsoft\outlook.

You will then be able to add it to your Outlook in Windows 7. Choose File | Open Data File and add the pst. Then set it as your default delivery location.
