Hi hope you can help
i keep getting the AVG resident shield warning popping up on my laptop, it says trojan horse clicker AE10 has tried to open file c:\Windows\Temp\****.tmp\svchost.exe the file is not recognised in the windows temp folder, bot folders ****.tmp are different letters every time, and left in the temp directory every time.
i have tried running AVG, Malware bytes, PCdoctor all latest updates to no avail.

Use this tutorial to run a HijackThis log and post the results on here. You might also want to empty out that temp folder as it is a popular place for dodgy software to install itself.

try using Girdinsoft Trojan Killer v 2.5.1. You can find it by doing a search on the internet.
