TV screens anybody ?

Hi - anyone know were I can get info on sorting out my TV picture ?
The on screen picture is too large (wide ) for the screen and sometimes the writing - like the score line in the rugby that normaly runs along the the bottom is off the screen edges.

as you've not even bothered to mention the make / model of the TV, then we would have no chance of helping
to be honest, even if you did, I doubt if we could. Have you checked online with the manufacturer?

its aSamsung LE46C650 46 Inch Full HD 1080p Freeview HD LCD TV.

Sounds to me like it probably needs repairing. I am assuming you are using the inbuilt tuner and not a set top box or other external device. If you are using an external device, you may need to set that up for the correct output for your screen dimensions.
