It provides me download link to click on and when I do a blank page comes up and looks like it is trying to find a page on the Internet and has 100% at the bottom of the page. Yet I never get anything more than a blank page. I do not get an eror or anything. I have a router installed; I use Zone Alarm and a firewall. I feel something is preventing the page from showing. Hi clearwaterclyde. Are you able to give us the URL of the download? Also, do you have any other problems with downloading files, or is it just from the one site? Usually if it is just from one site, then there could be a problem with that site. Another thing, is ensure you have javascript enabled in your browser settings, some sites use Java to start the download.
