Can "nusb320-Eng-98FE.exe" be applied to a win98FE system without the "windows 98 Service Pack"? I only ask because over the years I have updated drivers, system files, etc, when I needed something new to work. The system is not a pure vanilla 98FE anymore.
Thanks
Roy

It is not recommended not to install the service pack first. Without this there may not be all the required files for it to work correctly. You can try it, although I'd recommend you back everything up first!
