Recently had a recovery done on my laptop and now have problems watching videos. Have downloaded Adobe Flash 10.0.22.87 and was told installation was successful but when I go into Add/Remove programs there is a zero size next to it, does that mean there is no info there?

Have done Direct X tests and they were ok, on You Tube the test video plays ok.

Tried to add Adobe Flash 10.0.22.87 to exemptions on blocking but could not find it.

Windows media plays music ok but lost my videos on recovery so none showing.

Have windows XP home version 3. Did a search for flash and this it it

Hiya Very Happy

First try going to this Speed Test Site (you need flash player working to access the test) > http://www.speedtest.net/

Second Adobe Flash Player has to be uninstalled before you can upgrade to the next version or reinstall honey.

A handy Tut on Adobe Flash > http://kb2.adobe.com/cps/191/tn_19166.html

Sound like you lost some codecs.

You could try installing these:

Already have K-Lite Codec Pack full with no obvious problems will downloading this Free Codec conflict with that program ?

When I downloaded Adobe Flash it comes as a plug in ? would this be correct ?

Hi babes

K-Lite is a reduced pack you may do better with Codec pack all in one.

Yes Adobe Flash is a plugin.

Make sure you have the latest version of Windows Media Player - download and install WMP11.
