Hi

How do I stop WMP from constantly adding media files into the WMP library?

Thank You.

Go in to Options, then click on the Library tab at the top. Click on Monitor Folders , then Advanced Options (if not already showing). Remove all the folders from the list and click on OK to close all the windows.

You cannot remove the folder you use to rip music to. You can change this from the Rip Music tab.
