I have downloaded the nusb23e drivers and my daughter's computer can now use a flash drive with no problems. However I have a PC I use for my home business that is still on Windows NT 4 (yes I know it's obsolete, but I can't afford to replace it yet). Is there any way to get a flash drive to work with NT?
You help in this matter would be gratefully appreciated. |

Windows NT offers no USB support as standard. There are a couple of third party solutions, however none really offer full support.
Dell did produce a driver that works for low powered USB devices, such as pen drives. I have had it working for several pen drives in the past, however I no longer have a Windows NT installation to check it!
Firstly you will need to make sure you have Service Pack 6a installed. Then install Dell's USB Driver.
Hopefully this will work for you. _________________ Quality Rare Domain Names

| Thank for that. I'll try installing it later, and let you know. |

Just to let you know, I tried the driver and it works with my pen drive.
Thank you so much. I've been wanting to get this working for so long! One less reason for spending on upgrading my NT machine! |

I'm glad it worked. Please be aware these drivers do have limited compatibility.
