I ran the file 'NUSB33E.EXE from this site to install the USB driver for win98SE, but got the message 'A Required resource cannot be located'

Any idea what else I need to do to load the driver. Prior to this I had a program called 'usbview.exe' which showed my pen-drive, but not sure how a pen=drive is supposed to look in Win98. I want to transfer AVG 7.5 from my WinXP PC to me Win98 PC, as the current ver 8 has dropped support for the older OS. My win98 pc has no internet access, but is running slowly, especially after some hours, so want to check if virus present.

Does anyone know if I need to install any other protection, eg adaware, anti spywhare ? Thanks
