can anyone help i have just changed my internet to sky it works ok on my main pc but when i go on my lap top it will not sign on its keep saying acquiring network address can anyone one tell me what to do please

it also says limited or no connectivity

Check the settings on the pc. Look in network connections double-click local area connection go to the support tab and see what it says after "address type:"

Then see if it is the same on the laptop. Also repairing the connection on the laptop may fix it.

How are you connecting to the internet? Is it via a router, or are you using a modem?
